XPlanner

I've been asked to install this project so that management can "take a look at it".

Seems straight forward enough. A bit of MySQL, Tomcat, Ant and a JVM, no problem right?

Well... I guess not. :-( I'm very new to these java error messages, any type of direction would be great. We'll here's the Java dump I'm seeing in the Tomcat log.

Additionally, I'm running this all on the same box so the URL to access the webapp is http://localhost:8080/xplanner

It appears to be an issue connection to the mysql database. Make sure you have the correct permissions (ie user and password) set in mysql as you are attempting to use in XPlanner. Also (maybe first) make sure the mysql daemon is running.

One thing you can try (should confirm one or both of the above situations) is to use the mysql client to connect to the xplanner db. If you can connect with the client to the xplanner db then you should be able to from the java/jsp xplanner is using.
