Max out a DS3??? OMGWTF????!!!! I'm not sure what I could do other than spam. Even then I don't think I could utilize one box to max out a DS3!

Right, because spam is the only thing that takes up bandwidth. Here are some ideas
1. Run a Shoutcast server at 256kbps for 150 users or so
2. Transfer DVDs back and forth to someone else on a DS3 or higher
3. Run a Half-Life or Q3 server with a max connection rate of 1Mbps for ~30 people
4. Post something interesting on your website and submit the story to Slashdot
