Bandwidth Management

I could really use a refresh on last nights bandwidth bits. Wolfie found a nifty app that would have been a bit easier to setup. Though I forget what it was called.

It isn't in the ubuntu repositories. :-( So now I gotta find it and compile from source.

Okay, I'm trying to set bit torrent up so that it can use all traffic until there is either an external request none bittorrent or the system instelf needs to jabber out. At which point it would throttle it back. This is the config I put together, but I wanted to run it by you before I do something stupid like run it ;-D


Download Bandwidth = 1.5 Mbps on eth0
Upload Bandwidth = 1.5 Mbps on eth0
