This doesn't make much sense to me: Home_directory_is_sticky:_user_is_editing_
his_.qmail_file._(#4.2.1)/

If you have any ideas

Despite

That "t" there in the permissions listing is the sticky bit.

Nothing to feel lame about ;-). Basically sticky directories can be used to prevent people from deleting other people's files in a shared directory. Normally if a user has write access to a directory, that user can add/delete files within that directory at will. If the sticky bit is set on the directory, only the owner of the directory or the owner of that file can delete it. This is most often seen on directories like /tmp. More info (and a better explanation) can be found in "man sticky" ;-).
